I am a Carlow & Dublin based writer.​

My background is grounded in theology, philosophy, intercultural and interreligious relations, and this informs the meat of my writing. However, the heart of my creativity comes from the experiences of my childhood in the beauty that is rural Kilkenny. It was there that I was taught to forage before it became trendy, where I learned the difference between being still and being silent, and it was there that the power of storytelling kept my tender young soul alive. 

Yoga which started as a hobby, slowly became an inspirational tool which has nurtured and sustained my creative spirit. Later becoming the key to unlocking the deeper elements of my storytelling abilities; giving me pause to hone my writing, and room to unpack the deeper issues that affect us all. 

This belief is instrumental in how I express myself as an artist today
