During pandemic lockdowns, I saw Rachel offered affordable online classes. Rachel's was my first yoga class ever. I can't overstate how much I love her approach as an instructor.
From offering moderations to acknowledging different sized bodies ("It's ok if your
tummy gets in the way here; some of us will be more comfortable in this position with
our thighs slightly apart, etc.").
I truly felt welcome in class while making regular progress on challenging poses. My confidence in my body's abilities grew with every class. I am thankful that I had such an inclusive, gentle, and mindful introduction to classes.
